Faria dated May 10, 2008 and recorded in the Tiverton Land Evidence Records at Book 1195, Page 173, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 1316, Page 50, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on January 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
