NOTICE OF DECISION
Please Take notice that on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the Township of North Brunswick Planning Board ("Board") memorialized by resolution ("Resolution") its October 14, 2025, approval of the application of North Brunswick TOD Associates, LLC ("Applicant") for Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval and Amended Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision Approval for Phase 1H of the MainStreet North Brunswick Transit Village Development, for the property located at 2300 Route 1 (with frontage on Grand Avenue and Tenth Avenue/Sunset Street) and designated as Block 141, Lots 44.04, 63.02, 121 & 141.04 on the Township of North Brunswick tax maps. The approvals provide for the creation of five new lots, the construction of 122 residential units (Buildings T1-T11), including 98 market-rate units and 24 affordable units, as well as parking and other site improvements on the property.
The Resolution is available for in-person inspection at the North Brunswick Township Municipal Building, 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey 08902, during regular business hours.
