Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by Desoto County Board of Supervisors and Desoto County Convention and Visitor's Bureau for the construction of the Landers Center Expansion BP-05 P – Fire Suppression for the Building, located at 4560 Venture Drive, Southaven, MS 38671 until 4:00 PM local time on the 20th day of January 2026. Bid Bond is to be made payable to the Construction Manager, Montgomery Martin Contractors, LLC and must be submitted to the Desoto County Procurement Office PRIOR to the time of Bid Due Date. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject one or all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) calendar days. 1.06 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS A. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. The Prime Bidder's Certificate Number must be placed on the outside of the sealed envelope, or the bid will not be opened.
