PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit County Board of Health, at its December 11, 2025 meeting, adopted Resolution No. 041-25 entitled, “Resolution Adopting an Environmental Fee Schedule for the year 2026.” The Resolution amends Chapter 101 “Fees” of the Environmental Health Code of the Summit County Combined General Health District, repealing resolutions inconsistent therewith.
