By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, October 9, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED THEREON AND THEREUNTO BELONGING, SITUATED IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO A PLAN OF SURVEY PREPARED BY JOHN P. EARLES, R.L.S., SAID SURVEY DATED MAY 24, 1984, IN SAID TRACT DESCRIBED AS TRACT "A" ACCORDING TO THE PLAN OF SURVEY, HAVING A FRONTAGE ON LOUISIANA HIGHWAY 74 OF 220.82 FEET, HAVING AN EASTERN BOUNDARY OF 390.25 FEET, HAYING A REAR OR NORTHERN-BOUNDARY OF220.86 FEET AND HAVING A WESTERN BOUNDARY OF 392.0 FEET, SAID TRACT "A" CONTAINING 1.98 ACRES OF LAND, A COPY OF SAID MAP RECORDED IN ASCENSION PARISH RECORDS.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FORTY TWO THOUSAND AND HUNDRED SEVEN DOLLARS AND SEVENTY THREE CENTS ($42,007.73) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
