PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on November 19,2025 granted to Lark Properties, LP d(1) use variance approval to permit the construction of an 80,000 square foot warehouse and associated improvements within the R-2 and I-2 Zoning Districts, including such relief specifically to allow a driveway through Lot 16 to service an industrial use, and stormwater management basins to be located on Lots 14 and 15 to service an industrial use. The property is located at 765, 775, and 785 East Oak Road a/k/a Block 2302, Lot 14, 15, and 16 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on December 17, 2025. The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the City of Vineland Zoning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the City Hall, 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, NJ 08362-1508.
