Texas Panhandle Centers is accepting applications for enrollment into the Network of Providers for the following services that are provided in the top 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle:
Emergency Residential Care-FAYS (formerly STAR); Children & Adolescent Emergency Respite; Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) (to include but not limited to: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), and/or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); Nurse Staffing (PRN Organization); Day Habilitation (Facility); Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy (Facility/Organization); Host Care; Speech, Hearing, Language, and Feeding services (Facility/Organization); Licensed Nutritional Counseling; Eye Surgeons; Optometrists; Ophthalmologists; Non-Traditional Provider/Family Contracts; Animal Assisted Therapy-YES Waiver; Art Therapy (AT-BC)-YES Waiver; Music Therapy (MT-BC)-YES Waiver; Recreation Therapy (CTRS)-YES Waiver; Residential Child Care (DFPS)-YES Waiver; Family Supports Services-YES Waiver; and Paraprofessional Services-YES Waiver.
