NOTICE OF INTRODUCED ORDINANCES   Notice is hereby given that the following ordinances were introduced at a meeting of the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 and laid over for publication of notice, to wit:   1) AN ORDINANCE TO DECLARE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF A CERTAIN CITY OWNED 5.204 ACRE TRACT OF LAND TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ADJACENT TO INDUSTRIAL PORT ROAD AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.   Public hearing, prior to final adoption of the above ordinances will be held by the Alexandria City Council on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall.
