REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 26-25 ON-CALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of providing on-call services to support the administration and compliance obligations under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Preproposal conference will be held on January 7, 2026, at 9:00 am PST virtually. All proposers are encouraged to attend. DEADLINE: All proposals must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFP no later than 2:00 p.m., PST January 28, 2026. The receiving time date stamp in Planetbids will be the governing time for acceptability of received proposals. Late proposals will not be accepted.
