Farmington Rd., Peoria, IL 61604, to be sold at public auction pursuant to the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in Peoria County Case No. 2025-FC-0000135, entitled Citizens Equity First Credit Union v. Unknown Heirs, Legatees or Devisees of Connie M. Sla-ma, Deceased, et al., in courtroom 203 of the Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria, Illinois, on Wednesday, Jan-uary 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., to the highest and best bidder, payable as set forth below, no refunds.
