The City of Tallahassee Water Resources Engineering Department hereby gives notice of the City of Tallahassee's intent to revise the flood hazard information, on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12073C0136F, generally located at the intersection of Ox Bottom Rd and Thomasville Rd. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along the Lake Lafayette drainage basin from a point approximately at the northwest corner of the intersection of Velda Dairy Rd and Thomasville Rd to a point approximately at the intersection of Kerry Forest Pkwy and Thomasville Rd. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent- annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and/or decrease or be established, and the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain will widen and/or narrow within the area of revision.
