The Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting remotely until further notice – the video/audio-conferencing application Zoom will be used for this purpose. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 11 and 15, a virtual remote public hearing will be held by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. on the Application submitted by Ezequiel Batista Lacerda for 323 Union Street, Rockland, MA, for a change to the condition on the existing Special Permit allowing a Beer & Wine (on-premises consumption) License to an All Alcohol (on-premises consumption) License pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Sections 415-13A(3) Uses requiring special permit: 3(b) Eating and/or drinking establishments where alcoholic beverages are served and Zoning Bylaw Section 415-89 Special Permits. The property is located in the B-1 Zoning District, Section 415-13 of the Zoning Bylaws, and is further identified as Lot 244, Map 39, on the Rockland Assessor’s Maps. The owner of the property is A & M Realty Trust of 46 White Clover Trail Plymouth, MA 02360.
