NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT (CUPCCAA)   CONTRACTORS LIST FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT   Notice is hereby given that the School District invites all contractors to be included on the District’s CUPCCAA Contractors List by submitting the required information by online form only.   In accordance with the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, School District is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion to the District’s CUPCCAA Contractors List for construction projects under $200,000 during the calendar year January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 Information on CUPCCAA can be found here: http://www.dir.ca.gov/public-works/publicworks.html (external website, new window).   Pursuant to CUPCCAA regulations, public projects of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) or less may be performed by the employees of a public agency by force account, by negotiated contract, or by purchase order. (b) Public projects of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) or less may be contracted by informal procedures as set forth in this article. (c) Public projects of more than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) shall, except as otherwise provided in this article, be let to contract by formal bidding procedure (per Public Contract Code 22032 and Public Contract Code 22034).   Please be advised, this does not automatically guarantee you will be informed of, or included in all RFQ, RFP, or Bid Requests. Notices will be sent out for the category of work being bid.
