Public Hearing Notice Transportation MDOT Program   This public hearing will be held at Madison County Citizens Services Agency (MCCSA) 1883 Hwy 43 South Suite-M Canton, MS 39046 on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 5:15 p.m.   The purpose of this hearing will be to obtain citizens’ input into the development of an application for the 2026-2027 MDOT 5311 Rural Transportation Program.   The Madison County Citizens Services Agency of Madison County, Mississippi, is considering applying to the Mississippi Department of Transportation for a 5311 grant to provide continued existing public transit services to citizens across Madison County.
