LEGAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby given notice that in connection with Resolution No. 25-630 adopted on December 23, 2025, it has been proposed that the existing Cross-Access, Stormwater, and Public Utility Easements located at 320 SE 2nd Street, 405 SE 3rd Street, and 413 SE 3rd Street be vacated. The legal description for the Easements in question at Kingsbury's Fifth Addition are as follows: Lot 2: The East 15' of the West 35', The North 10'; Lot 3: The North 10'; Lot 4: The South 25', except the East 110' thereof; Lot 4: The East 110'; Lot 1: The East 20'; and, Lot 2: The West 20'. You are further notified that a hearing on said proposed vacation of Easement will be held in conjunction with the January 13, 2026, Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Ames City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa.
