S. 31ST ST – W. HOLMES AVE NEIGHBORHOOD RESURFACING - PHASE 2
CITY OF GREENFIELD, WISCONSIN
Sealed bids, for the City of Greenfield "S. 31st St – W. Holmes Ave Neighborhood Resurfacing – Phase 2" Contract, will be received by the City of Greenfield, Office of the City Engineer at 7325 West Forest Home Avenue, Room 203, Greenfield, Wisconsin 53220, until January 29, 2026 at 10:00 am, local time. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through www.QuestCDN.com. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time in Meeting Room 204.
The project is located on all streets North of W. Edgerton Avenue, East of and including S. 31st Street, and West of S. 27th Street, including the dead ends North of W. Holmes Ave.
The project consists of approximately 5,600 linear feet of road rehabilitation. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 16,205 square yards of asphaltic milling, 8,100 square yards of asphaltic base patching, 55 storm and sanitary structure adjustments, 1,825 linear feet of new storm sewer, 30 linear feet of storm sewer replacement, 3,930 tons of asphaltic pavement, and 6,000 square yards of lawn restoration.
All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening.
