The Defendants, Dominic S. Harriss and unknown spouse, if any, of Dominic S. Harriss, whose last known address is 829 Wellman St., S.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County; Kenneth Chandler and unknown spouse, if any, of Kenneth Chandler, whose last known address is 1101 - 16th St., S.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County, and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs; and Defendant, unknown tenant, if any, of 126 Dwight Ave., S.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County, will please take notice that on the 31st day of October 2025, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below:
Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 601175, located at 126 Dwight Ave., S.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts.
This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Dominic S. Harriss, et al., Case No. 2025CV02382, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
You will further take notice that unless you answer the allegations contained in said complaint on or before the (28 days from last day of publication) 6th day of February 2026, judgment will be taken against you for the foreclosure of said tax lien, sale of property and other relief, together with the costs of this action.
