User Fees: Residential = $140.59/Quarter Commercial = $8.27/1,000 Gallons of Water Usage Project Location: The project is located within the Village of Harborcreek along Buffalo Road and Iroquois Avenue east to the intersection of Buffalo Road and Bartlett Road and 1,000 north of Buffalo Road on Bartlett Road in Harborcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. Major Recommendations: The approved Act 537 plan recommended a gravity sewer as described in the project location above and extending east on Buffalo Rd. to Davison Rd. The new recommendation is to change the gravity sewer to a low-pressure sewer and limit the eastern boundary to the intersection of Buffalo Rd. and Bartlett Rd.
