By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 12/03/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/28/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
All that certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, approximately 1 1/2 miles southeast of the Town of Raceland, along State Highway No., and being designated as lot no. fifteen (15) of block no. one (1) of Sunny Acres Subdivision; said block no. 1 being bounded on the north by First Street, on the south by Second Street, on the east by Sako Drive, and on the west by Hospital Drive; according to a survey by E. M. Collier, Surveyor, dated May 12, 1955; said property being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east margin of Hospital Drive, and running in a southeast direction, one hundred twenty (120.0') feet to a point; then in a northeast direction, sixty four (64.0') feet to a point; then in a northwest direction one hundred twenty (120.0') feet to a point on the east margin of Hospital Drive; then in a southwest direction, sixty four (64.0') feet to the point of beginning.

A certain portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in Section 40, T. I6 S., R. 18 E., on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, approximately sixteen miles below the City of Thibodaux, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, more fully shown on survey of "Sunny Acres" dated January 11, 1955, made by Bernard P. Davis, E.E., a blue print of which is attached to an act of sale executed by Conrad Robichaux, Jr., to Isaac W. Sharp, Jr., before Philip S. Finn, Jr., Notary Public, Parish of Orleans, Louisiana, on January 18,1955, recorded in COB 189, folio 235, of the conveyance records of the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, to which reference is hereby made to the same extent as if said blue print were hereto annexed and made part hereof, and according to which the said property is more particularly described as follows: A portion of Lot 14 of Block 1. Said portion measures 10' front and in the rear by a depth of 120' between parallel lines and is bounded as follows: In front or in a westerly direction by Hospital Drive, in the rear or east by Lot 9 of Block 1, in a northerly direction by Lot 15 of Block 1, and in a southerly direction by the remaining portion of Lot 14 of Block 1.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $209790.55 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
