YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon Stern & Eisenberg, PC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 1120 Rt. 73, Suite 400, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey 08054, telephone (609) 397-9200, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is a Plaintiff and Bennie Dixon, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and his or their successors in right, title and interest, and Pamea Dixon-Taylor, Known Heir is a defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after January 2, 2026, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
