TO: IDA JEFFERSON, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 21st day of November, the Superior Court fixed January 20, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the City of Camden located at City Hall Room 117, 520 Market Street, P.O. Box 95120, Camden, New Jersey, 08101 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #21-00287 dated December 14, 2021, made by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Camden, County of Camden and State of New Jersey and recorded in the office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 11993, page 308; and covers real estate located at 912 Atlantic Ave, Camden, County of Camden and State of New Jersey known as Block 416, Lot 65 on the tax duplicate of the City of Camden, and assessed to Ida Jefferson and Nikol Ligon. Total amount required to redeem is $8,003.58, together with interest from October 29, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
