CCMG 2026 ROAD RESURFACING with Sidewalks

The Paragon Town Council announces the Bidding of the following Public Works Project:
Scope of work: Mill and replace/ Bituminous asphalt resurfacing of Harrison Street with ADA approved sidewalk. Project must be completed within 90 days from the Notice to Proceed Contractors shall comply with all requirements of IC-5-16-13.
Date/Time: Bids will be opened at the Paragon Town Council meeting at 7:00PM on Monday February 2, 2026. Bids should be received at the Paragon Town Hall by 7:00 PM on Monday February 2, 2026.

Form 96: Total Bid shall be listed on form 96. Completed Project Bid Sheet to be attached to Form 96.
Bid Bond: 10% of Bid Amount
Performance Bond: 100% to be provided within two days of Award
Payment Bond: Only required if work items are subdivided to others
Insurance: Workman’s Compensation and minimum $1,000,000 liability each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate coverage must be certified to Town of Paragon
