TO VACATE PLATTED DRIVEWAY, WALKWAY & CUL-DE-SAC EASEMENTS AND
NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE SAID PLATTED DRIVEWAY, WALKWAY & CUL-DE-SAC EASEMENTS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that a Petition to vacate, discontinue, and close any rights of Lake County and the Public in a platted driveway, walkway & cul-de-sac easements in the following described property, to wit:
The Driveway Easement and the Walk Easement located on Lots 200, 201, 218 and 219, Dora Pines Subdivision Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 25, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 218, Dora Pines Subdivision Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 25, Public Records of Lake County, Florida; thence South 89°22'25" West along the South line of said Lot 218, a distance of 54.99 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89°22'25" West along the South line of said Lot 218 and along the South line of Lot 219 of said plat, a distance of 15.02 feet; thence North 02°30'12" East, a distance of 61.87 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the East, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence from a radial bearing of North 24°31'40" East, run Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 150°47'42", an arc distance of 52.64 feet, having a chord bearing of North 09°55'30" East and a chord distance of 38.71 feet; thence North 02°30'12" East, a distance of 60.02 feet; thence North 89°22'25" East along the North line of Lots 200 and 201 of said plat, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence South 02°30'12" West, a distance of 60.29 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the West, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence from a radial bearing of South 09°41'03" West, run Southerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 150°47'42", an arc distance of 52.64 feet, having a chord bearing of South 04°55'06" West and a chord distance of 38.71 feet; thence South 02°30'12" West, a distance of 61.05 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Lake County, Florida, and that said Board will consider said Petition at its regular meeting to be held on the 20th day of January 2026, at 9:00AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Administration Building, 315 W. Main St. Tavares, Lake County, Florida and will take action thereon.
All persons opposed to said Petition are required to appear and be heard at the time and place aforesaid.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, a record of the proceedings will be needed. For purposes of appeal the record of proceedings should be a verbatim record of all of the proceedings which take place and should include the testimony and evidence upon which any appeal is to be based.
