NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-445-CA of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A, is Plaintiff and ANABEL PESTANA, CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A., KARISSA WASHBURN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, n/k/a ANDY PRICE, and ORCHID BAY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendant(s).
