The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-1
Nordicplate, LLC., owner of property located at 7895 Buffalo Road, Erie County Index No. (27) 21-118-29; Represented by John Knox Esq. are appealing the Zoning Administrator’s determination of Event Venue Use is prohibited. Alternatively, the appellant is seeking a use variance. Property is zoned Agriculture.

David Lefebre, equitable owner of property located at 7895 Buffalo Road, Erie County Index No. (27) 21-118-29; requesting a use variance to operate a tackle shop, café/restaurant, event venue (rental) including indoor and outdoor music and to increase the number of free standing and wall signage. Property is zoned Agriculture.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
