TOWNSHIP OF WATERFORD COUNTY OF CAMDEN STATE OF NEW JERSEY At their Reorganization Meeting of January 5, 2026, the Township Committee of the Township of Waterford adopted the following resolution, thereby designating the official newspapers for the Township of Waterford for the year 2026. RESOLUTION #2026-8 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WATERFORD WHEREAS, there is a need to designate Official Township Newspapers for the Township of Waterford; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE: Courier Post P.O. Box 5300, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08034 Hammonton Gazette P.O. Box 1228, Hammonton, NJ 08037 are designated Official Township Newspapers for the Township of Waterford for the term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Waterford, County of Camden, State of New Jersey. WHEREAS, P.L. 2025, c. 72 requires that starting March 1, 2026, municipalities publish their public notices on the municipal website; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Township of Waterford public notices will be available at https://ecode360.com/WA0490/documents/LEGAL_NOTICES starting March 1, 2026, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution is forwarded to the designated newspapers.
