The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, to reject any or all proposals received, and to otherwise make a decision in the best interests of the County. The Board shall have the final decision-making authority concerning any final award of selling the parcels. The proposals will be evaluated and then submitted with recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. If only one proposal is received, the County may negotiate in good faith.
