LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363 on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard: Application # 1-2025, Harry C. Dehoff, 1553 Woolen Mill Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, known as Tax Map BL Parcel 14, zoned Agricultural, is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Officers negative determination regarding Section 27-317.2.A through 27-317.2.J. of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance on the basis that a farm market is an allowed accessory use when such use is accessory to a principal use in the agricultural zone.
