HSG- 25-00119 TO DEMOLISH COMMERCIAL Pursuant to the Indiana Unsafe Building Act, an affirmed order to demolish the above-referenced property exists. Because the structure has not been demolished, the City of South Bend shall advertise for bids for the demolition. A demolition contract will be awarded to a licensed contractor as required by I.C. 36-7-9-10 & 36-7-9-11 to accomplish the work of demolishing the house, garage, fence in compliance with the order.
