Town of Barnstable Request for Proposal FY26 Disposition of License for Sandy Neck Snack Bar Concession The Chief Procurement Officer of the Town of Barnstable, on behalf of the Marine and Environmental Affairs Division, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by license, of the snack bar concession at Sandy Neck Beach. The space for lease consists of approximately 227 square feet which includes a kitchen, snack bar, along with a storage and office area and 200 square feet of outdoor patio space. It is strategically located adjacent to the public parking lots at Sandy Neck Beach in West Barnstable, MA. A thirty-six (36) month lease is being offered, from February 2026, through January 31, 2028, with one (1) thirty-six (36) month option at the discretion of the Town. The license documents shall be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Chapter 16 and all license documents must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal regarding Real Property Transactions.
