' ALCOHOL BEVERAGE HEARINGS AND REGULAR MEETING OF WICOMICO COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR JANUARY 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE WICOMICO COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR MEETING ON JANUARY 20, 2026 BEGINNING AT 6:00 P.M. In The County Council Chambers, Room 301, in the Wicomico County Government Office Building N. Division Street & U.S. Route 50 in Salisbury. The meeting is open to the public. The Board will hear the following application for alcohol beverage licenses: 1. 6:00 P.M. A New alcohol beverage application for James Dunn and Myung Kim, for use of Kims Fam LLC, trading as Koji, located at 109 West Main Street, Salisbury, Maryland 21801. They are applying for a Class “B” Beer, Wine and Liquor Restaurant alcohol beverage license. 2. 6:15 P.M. A New alcohol beverage application for Christopher Brohawn, Toby Donovan Jr. and Frank Stout, for use of RAR Salisbury LLC., trading as Chessie’s Campus, located at 1315 South Salisbury Blvd., Unit 5 & 6, Salisbury, Maryland 21801. They are applying for a Class “B” Beer, Wine and Liquor Restaurant Alcohol Beverage License and a Class “A” refillable / non-refillable Alcohol Beverage license.  All persons appearing at this hearing either opposing or supporting this application will be heard.
