Siskiyou County Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division has posted the proposed MHSA Annual Update FY 25/26, which is available for public review and comment from January 12, 2026 through February 13, 2026. Mental Health Services act, Prop 63, was voted into law in 2004 to enhance and expand services to the severely mentally ill. This Annual Update outlines the 5 MHSA components and the programs and services that are provided to clients throughout Siskiyou County.
