SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the November 3, 2020, Tara Pryor Robinson and Timithay Dwaine Robinson, executed a Deed of Trust to Bad Wilkinson, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Liberty Bank and Trust Co. A/K/A Liberty Bank and Trust Company, its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds (1st District - Jackson) County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book No. 7254, at Page 4885 thereof;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Planet Home Lending, LLC by assignment on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds (1st District - Jackson) County, Mississippi, on September 6, 2024 at Book 7311, Page 2225; and
WHEREAS, by Default Judgment dated December 10, 2025 and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds (1st District - Jackson) County, Mississippi on December 22, 2025 at Book 7323, Page 7410, it was ordered and adjudged that Planet Home Lending, LLC was the current holder of a good and valid lien on the subject property and that Foundation Legal Group, LLP, f/k/a Wilson & Associates, PLLC as Special Commissioner was authorized to conduct the sale of the real property described herein; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that Foundation Legal Group, LLP Special Commissioner, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee, during the legal hours (between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.) North Front Door of the Hinds County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 407 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, MS 39201, on February 24, 2026, the following described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust, situated in Hinds (1st District - Jackson) County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
LOT 19, WINDSOR PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, PHASE 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HINDS COUNTY AT JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI, IN PLAT BOOK D AT PAGE 134, REFERENCE TO WHICH IS HEREBY MADE IN AID OF AND AS A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in the aforementioned Special Commissioner.
