CITY OF NEWPORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS  Pursuant to Title 3-5-17 and Title 3-5-19 of the General Laws of RI, 1956, as amended, notice is hereby given that an application has been filed by Newport Waterfront Landing, Inc., d/b/a The Landing, 30 Bowens Wharf, to expand the licensed premises by recognition of a 1,320 sq. ft. outdoor service area and construction a new 310 sq. ft. accessory bar structure.   A public hearing on the application will be held on February 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers, Newport, R.I.
