The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of Briggs Halfway Pond Realty Trust requesting a Special permit required per section 203-9.C to relocate, alter and expand a pre-existing nonconforming dwelling on a lot with more than one principal residential building on the property of 39 GALLOWS POND RD; shown as Parcel 109-000-003A-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2025, in a RR Zone.
