THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, PARIAH OF ASCENSION. SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS LOT NUMBER 31-A OF THE RESUBDIVISION OF BONNIE LANE SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED ON A PLAN OF SURVEY BY NORRIS DECOTEAU, R.L.S.. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: THIRTY THOUSAND AND HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS ($30,037.16) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
