The Complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid. The sale was on June 3, 2025, and more than six (6) months have passed since that date. It is thereupon this 6th of February, 2026 by the Circuit Court for Washington County, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in one newspaper having a general circulation in Washington County once a week for three consecutive weeks, on or before the 1st day of April, 2026, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 30th day of April, 2026 and redeem the property and answer the Complaint or thereafter the final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff to said property of fee simple title, free of all liens and encumbrances. /s/Keith C.
