Except: Beginning at the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Town 7 North, Range 7 West, Easton Township, Ionia County, Michigan: Commencing at the North 1/4 post Section 15, Thence along the North line of said Section, South 88 degrees 34 minutes East 1071.83 feet; Thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes 17 seconds West 189.00 feet to point of beginning of this description; Thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes 17 seconds West 75.00 feet parallel with East line of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section; Thence South 88 degrees 38 minutes 34 seconds East 34 feet parallel with North line of section, Thence North 00 degrees 35 minutes 17 seconds East 75 feet parallel with East line of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 if section, Thence North 88 degrees 34 minutes 34 seconds West 34 feet point of beginning. Commonly known as: 2299 LYLE RD, IONIA, MI 48846 If the property is eventually sold at foreclosure sale, the redemption period will be 6.00 months from the date of sale unless the property is abandoned or used for agricultural purposes.
