NOTICE OF PETITION TO QUIET TITLE AND BAR OF REDEMPTION
To: Rosa Wilson, Helen Wilson Thompson, Mary Wilson Cook, Emma Lou Hardy, their heirs, successors, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, or assigns; Elliott Enterprise LLC; occupants, and All the World, all other persons known and unknown who claim or might claim adversely, to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on October 1, 2024, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit, concerning land known and described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, lying, situate, and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham and State of Georgia, known and designated upon a map or plat of Subdivision known as SPRINGFIELD TERRACE, recorded in Book of Deeds 9 W's, folio 283, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, as Lot Number Eighty-nine (89). Said lot hereby conveyed having a frontage of thirty (30) feet, more or less, on the East side of Allen Avenue, between McCarthy Avenue and Blun Avenue, with a rectangular depth Eastwardly of one hundred (100) feet:, more or Less, and being bounded: On the "North by Lot Number Eighty-eight, (88), said Ward and Subdivision, on the East by Lot Number One Hundred (100), said Ward and Subdivision, on the South by Lot Number Ninety (90), said Ward and Subdivision, and on the West: by Allen Avenue. Being the same property conveyed to Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority, Inc., by Sheriff's Deed, dated April 5, 2022, recorded in Deed Book 2803, Page 437, Chatham County, Georgia, records. Known as 1038 Allen Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31415 (PIN 20068 05006).
The named parties should take notice that the right to redeem the property will be foreclosed 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice. The tax deed to which this notice refers is dated April 5, 2022, and is recorded in Deed Book 2803, Page 437, Chatham County, Georgia records. By reason of order for service by publication, entered by said court on the February 25, 2026, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Superior Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service by publication to make known your interest in said property, and file your answer, along with any objections to the Petition, defenses or other appearances, with the Clerk of said Court and serve a copy upon Joseph M. Gannam, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 10085, Savannah, Georgia 31412.
