SAID PREMISES APPRAISED AT $ 220,000.00 AND IS TO BE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE
FIRST MORTGAGE AND CANNOT BE SOLD FOR LESS THAN TWO-THIRDS OF THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE APPRAISAL AND THE REMAINING MORTGAGE
AMOUNT AT THE INITIAL SALE. BIDDING WILL BEGIN AT $6,580.00. THIS
APPRIASAL MAY NOT INCLUDE THE INTERIOR OF ANY STRUCTURES ON THE

TERMS OF SALE: To be Sold Subject to the Mortgage of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Wintrust Mortgage, a Division of Barrington Bank and Trust Co, bidding to begin at $6,580.00. To be a qualified participant, bidders must submit a deposit of $10,000.00 for all properties on which the bidder wishes to bid by the predefined deadlines. The only acceptable deposit types are bank wire transfer or ACH, no cash deposits will be accepted.
All Wire Deposits must be received by 5 p.m. EST two (2) business days before the auction sale date. All ACH Deposits must be initiated by 4 p.m. EST five (5) business days before the auction sale date. It is the responsibility of the bidder to plan ahead and allow enough time for their bidding deposits to be received and processed within the timeframes described above.
