Notice of Bank Merger Notice is hereby given that Miami Savings Bank (“Miami”), having its main office at 8008 Ferry Street, Miamitown, Ohio 45041, has filed an application with the Chicago Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) requesting permission to engage in a merger transaction in which New Foundation Savings Bank, the main office of which is located at 8249 Clara Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45239, will be merged with and into Miami, with Miami as the surviving institution. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated following the merger transaction.
