PUBLIC NOTICE   Auction Sales of Goods for Non-Payment of Storage Warehouse Charges. Notice is hereby given that Jones Moving & Storage of the City of Providence in the State of Rhode Island will sell by public auction at 59 Central St., Providence, RI on April 9th, 2026 commencing at 1:00 PM all or some portion of the contents and fixtures of Franklin Rogers LTD Men’s Clothing Store deposited or stored and now remaining in a warehouse of Jones Moving & Storage by each of the following persons on whose accounts the same are held respectively, namely, Franklin Rodgers Ltd., for the purpose of paying its claim against each of them for storage, packing, and cartage of their aforementioned goods together with the cost of advertising for sale and the sale thereof and other incidental expenses.
