Ben-David to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, "Lender"; and its successors and assigns, dated February 16, 2006, and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 8013, Page 59, as affected by Loan Modification Agreement dated September 1, 2010 and recorded with said Registry in Book 9875, Page 156, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
