Pledge of Allegiance and prayer. Roll Call: Supervisors Augustian, Baker, Browne (arrived at 6:08 p.m.), Guilette, Jahnke, Kinnard, Lazansky, Lukes, Olson, Ortlieb, Paape, Patrycia, Romdenne, Shelton, Swagel, Teske, Vollenweider and Zeitler (18) were present. Supervisors Agamaite and Kroll (2) were excused. Approval of agenda and previous minutes, Citizens Input, Appointments, Reports, Committee Reports, First Reading of Ordinances, Closed Session at 6:18 p.m., re-convene into open session at 6:44 p.m. RESOLUTION NO. 37-03-2026 - ESTABLISHING TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION FOR COUNTY ELECTED OFFICIALS RESOLUTION NO. 38-03-2026 - ADOPTING THE 2026 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM MANUAL UPDATES RESOLUTION NO. 39-03-2026 - TRANSPORTATION RESOLUTION RESOLUTION NO. 40-03-2026 - RECOGNITION OF Gene Dalebroux RESOLUTION NO. 41-03-2026 - RATIFICATION OF EMERGENCY ACTIONS Pursuant to Wis. Stat. §323.14(4) Communications and Chairman's Comments, Supervisors Baker moved and Patrycia seconded that the June County Board Meeting will be held on June 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kewaunee County Administration Center. Motion carried. Supervisors Vollenweider moved and Patrycia seconded to adjourn. Motion carried.
