By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, 2026, at 10:00am, to the last and highest bidder for cash, TRACT EB-1-A, TRACT EB-1-C, TRACT EB-2, TRACT EB-4-B, which are legally described below. The Sheriff shall first offer each tract for sale separately. After all four (4) tracts have been offered individually, the Sheriff must then offer all four tracts together as a single unit (in globo). If the highest bid for all four tracts in globo exceeds the total of the highest bids received for the four individual tracts, the property shall be awarded to the in globo bidder. If not, each tract shall be awarded to the highest bidder on each Tract separately.
