1.1 Introduction HAGC will receive sealed Proposals from qualified firm(s)/individual(s) to provide Legal Representation in Actions for Unlawful Detainer. HAGC anticipates that it will initially award a contract for a period of two (2) years with the option, at the HAGC’s discretion, to renew for one (1) additional year. The Public Housing (PH) Programs are operated under guidelines established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. HAGC owns and manages 188 units of assisted housing units administers various other programs providing housing and homeownership opportunities for low to median income families. 1.2 Method of Solicitation HAGC is soliciting Proposals from a qualified attorney/firm with a documented record of accomplishments of providing the required services, preferably for public housing authorities, development management or other agencies through an RFP process. 1.3 Obtain Copies of this Solicitation Single copies of the RFP may be obtained, at no cost by: 1. BRANCH HGTS EUTAW, AL. 35462 PART II – INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS 2.1 Submission of Proposals Respondents should submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their Proposal, dated and signed by an authorized attorney. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope that shows the firm’s name or attorney’s name and address, and clearly written on the outside of the sealed envelope must be the words “Legal Representation – DEADLINE THURSDAY, April 20, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. (CST)”. Proposals received after the deadline date and time shall be determined unacceptable. Proposals are not publicly opened.
