NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please Take Notice that the town zoning committee of the Town of Lincoln, State of Wisconsin, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 6:00PM located in the town hall at 10905 Falcon Road, Marshfield, WI on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at which time all people interested may be heard on the following matters: 1. Zoning Ordinance Updates a. Update 11.07 section (B) to include: By certified mail, at least 10 days prior to the public hearing to the parties having a legal interest in any of the matters to come before the Zoning Committee at such hearing. Parties shall be defined as neighboring property owners within ¼ mile in residential and a ½ mile in all other districts. b. Update section 5.01 Procedure section (B) to include: B1 The notice for conditional use permits shall be a class 2 notice. The zoning committee shall hold a public hearing in compliance with section 11.07. c. Create Section 3.10 Solar Energy System to be included in the existing town ordinance.
