The following propositions: VEHICLE PROPOSITION YES                               NO RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York, is hereby authorized to purchase (a) one approximately 66 passenger diesel school bus, at the estimated cost of $198,000, (b) one approximately 20 to 30 passenger gas/diesel powered bus, at the estimated cost of $115,000, and (c) one SUV hybrid vehicle, at the estimated cost of $67,000; such estimated costs aggregating the total estimated cost of $380,000; provided the individual estimated costs as set forth herein may be reallocated if the Board of Education shall determine that such reallocation is in the best interests of the District; and such aggregate $380,000 cost to be funded from current appropriations available within the 2025-2026 general fund to pay for such vehicles, said amount to be transferred to the capital fund to effectuate said purchases. REPAIR RESERVE FUND PROPOSITION YES                                                 NO RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon Union Free School District is hereby authorized to deposit in the District’s existing Repair Reserve Fund an amount not to exceed $300,000 from the 2025-2026 unassigned fund balance, which deposited sum can be used in compliance with certain procedures for repairs of capital improvements or equipment that are not the type of repairs to recur annually or at shorter intervals. 5.
