BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an AMENDED WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 6th day of May, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. and being lots 11 and 12 of Block 6 East of Twelfth Street of Dunn's Addition to the Town of Forest Hill, Louisiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 46, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Said property having a municipal address of 120 13th Street, Forest Hill, Rapides Parish, Louisiana 71430.

All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 9.18 acres, more or less, situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, Southwestern Land District, Louisiana Meridian, Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a found 1 inch iron pipe at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, Southwestern Land District, Louisiana Meridian, Rapides Parish, Louisiana; thence North 01 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 208.70 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with cap stamped Collins PLS 4390; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 37 seconds East for a distance of 52.06 feet to a set railroad spike in the centerline of Leon Fee Road and the Point of Beginning of herein described tract; thence along the centerline of Leon Fee Road and the following five (5) calls, North 09 degrees 51 minutes 44 seconds East for a distance of 28.02 feet to a point; thence North 03 degrees 28 minutes 22 seconds East for a distance of 72.38 feet to a point; thence North 02 degrees 01 minutes 07 seconds West for a distance of 118.99 feet to a set railroad spike; thence North 02 degrees 34 minutes 38 seconds West for a distance of 97.21 feet to a set railroad spike; thence North 29 degrees 55 minutes 28 seconds East for a distance of 47.47 feet to a set railroad spike at the intersection of the centerlines of Leon Fee Road and Malcolm Fee Road; thence along the centerline of Malcolm Fee Road the following two (2) calls, South 81 degrees 35 minutes 19 seconds East for a distance of 158.22 feet to a point; thence South 82 degrees 54 minutes 21 seconds East for a distance of 277.61 feet to a set pk nail at the intersection of the centerlines of Malcolm Fee Road and West River Road; thence South 22 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds East, along the centerline of West River Road; for a distance of 685.29 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds West, passing over a set 5/8 inch iron rod with cap stamped Collins PLS 4390 a distance of 26.47 feet, and continue for a total distance of 707.14 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with cap stamped Collins PLS 4390; thence North 00 degrees 25 minutes 51 seconds East for a distance of 397.24 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with cap stamped Collins PLS 4390; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 39 seconds West for a distance of 18.51 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 9.18 acres, more or less, and being subject to the rights of way of Leon Fee Road on the West side, Malcolm Fee Road on the North side, West River Road on the East side, and an existing overhead power line of the East side thereof, and any rights of way, servitudes or easements, recorded, unrecorded, visible or invisible, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon, specifically including all of the oil, gas and minerals in, on and under said property.
