The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-6
Karrar Al-Awady & Halah Khudhur, owners of property located at 3438 Station Road, Erie County Index No. (27) 52-164-2; requesting to expand Brookside Automotive, a legal non-conforming use, and request a decrease for the west side yard setback from the required 100 ft. to 25 ft. for the purpose of a 24’ x 10’ attached shed for tire storage. Property is zoned R2 Residential.

Jenna Klemm & John Riberio, owners of property located at 3811 Station Road, Erie County Index No. (27) 55-191-15.32; requesting to reduce the rear yard setback from the required 35 ft. to 18 ft. for the purpose of constructing a 24’ x 12’ addition. Property is zoned R2.
